My name is Abigail Garces and this will be my third year working at CCDC. My husband Alejandro and I both grew up in Mexico City where we met while we were students. Eventually we got married and moved to the United States where we pursued our Master’s degrees.
We have been living in Dallas for ten years and are happy to call it home. Both of our children, Mariana-6- and Lorena-5 have attended CCDC, where they have had a fantastic time growing and learning.
I believe physical exercise is very important in children’s development. Not only does it give kids the opportunity to develop their motor skills, but to increase their body awareness and self esteem as well. These are some of the goals we plan to achieve through fun activities and movement games in our Fun and
Fitness class this year.
